BF-200

The BF-200 is a specialized machine designed for ultrasonic cutting of woven tapes and labels, integrating strength with innovation in its engineered production process.

It features a tracking system that detects the line, color, or contrast of the fabric, providing improved precision in guiding the tape during processing.

This digitized system enhances automation and reduces the need for operator intervention.

Infeed coil unwinder equipped with tension adjustment via an electromagnetic clutch;

cutting blade carrier system with staggered locking keys for instant adjustment of the cutting trajectory;

rewind rollers for the cut strips, featuring 75 mm pneumatic-expansion shafts, driven by brushless motors and electronically adjustable for tension control;

single 220 mm sonotrode, enabling cutting on a single cutting line;

idler and drive rollers with a special maintenance-free coating;

Accessories

Alongside the BF-200, we have included several dedicated accessories, such as a manual ultrasonic welder for splicing the ends of fabric tapes and a spacer-equipped winding system for precise winding onto a single expandable shaft.
