Bollini Srl supports textile manufacturers in producing woven labels using our proprietary machinery and systems, born from specialized engineering expertise and cutting-edge technology.
Our designers, programmers and technical operators work in concert to ensure precision, repeatability and consistent quality throughout every stage of the production cycle.

In this initial phase, our design team employs SolidWorks to convert customer requirements into fully parametric 3D models.
Geometries, assemblies and detailed drawings are defined, and their structural integrity and performance are validated via integrated FEA simulations. The output is a manufacturing-ready design complete with machining drawings and a bill of materials.





Using advanced CAD/CAM software, the team translates the 3D models into CNC machine code.
Toolpaths are optimized for spindle speed, feed rate and cut depth, and the entire machining cycle is simulated to eliminate collisions or errors on the shop floor. The final deliverable is G-code ready for execution.
The Tool Room is our dedicated department for comprehensive management of production tooling. Here, tooling kits are assembled according to the CAM program: inserts, end mills, drills and tool holders are organized into trolleys and cases for the workshop.
Each tool is catalogued, labelled and pre-set to minimize machine downtime and ensure consistently precise, repeatable finishes. This meticulous preparation underpins uninterrupted, accurate and efficient CNC operations.
In the workshop, parts are machined according to the generated CNC program. Whether milling, turning, drilling or laser marking, our operations team monitors machine parameters in real time to guarantee that every component meets the exact design specifications.
At the end of the production sequence, each part enters the Quality Inspection department, where it undergoes:
